A modern compact bookcase with custom sliding panels. Simple geometric lines and proportions accented by subtle curves in legs. The white sapwood of black walnut is used to give a rhythm to the bookcase.
The backs on the shelves are made with book-matched house-made veneer from the same wood as the rest of the piece to ensure a uniform look.
The panels are poured with epoxy resin with walnut crosscut wood.
All wood construction and joinery.
